SHIPPING SERVICES:

Shipping is available to most states and territories in the US.

Shipping fees can be based on weight, package size or a combination of both. 

USPS and UPS are the two shipping carriers currently offered. Services available are either USPS First-Class or Ground Saver, for Economy Shipping, and USPS Priority or UPS Ground for our Standard option. Orders shipped with any Free Shipping offers will be sent Economy. 

If your order contains lithium batteries, your order may not be permitted to ship via the "Standard" option which includes air shipments such as USPS Priority, and/or it may be split into multiple shipments to abide by USPS Publication 52 Packaging Instructions 9D Hazardous Goods  (unless shipping to Alaska). 

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated, and do not include order processing times. Order processing times are as follows:

Sunday - Friday:
24 - 36 hours or less 

Saturday:
72 hours or less

Orders placed before 4pm, Monday - Friday have the quickest processing times. Certain states and territories may take an additional 2-3 days, depending on their distance from our store. 

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, you would like to request a specific carrier/shipping service/shipping location in the US that doesn't appear at checkout, or if you plan to place a very large order, please contact us at sales@rc-n-go.com, prior to placing your order.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP:

All orders are available for In-Store Pickup, unless otherwise stated on the product description page. Select the "In-Store Pickup" option on the checkout page. Orders may be picked up during regular business hours. To check store hours, please visit our Contact Us page.
